Hello, everyone. Welcome back to the Wolverine podcast here on Thursday, April 23, Anthony Broom here with Chris Ballas, Clayton Safie out of the office, getting some much, much deserved R&R here heading into really kind of a perfect time for it.

I say that and then we can have news break any second, but a bit of a low in the Michigan news cycle compared to what we're used to.

But a couple things we want to get to today.

Obviously, NFL draft kicks off this weekend.

Michigan should have maybe four or five, six guys that wind up going.

We'll talk about that.

We'll wrap up some of our spring football thoughts.

Chris had put out a three, two, one yesterday.

And also, I guess off the top here,

if you've missed it already, the other day, we had a special edition of this show where we

talked to Michigan basketball, legendary head coach John Beeline, which Chris to me is still

still so cool that he gave us, what about 45, 50 minutes of his time. You got the bobblehead, the stretched out head. Don't have children unless you are able to put your stuff where it's not going to be stretched out. So let's put it that way. So anyway, I got to get a new bobblehead. But that was, you know what? But I watched it, actually. I don't usually go back and watch our stuff.

You know, when you don't want to see yourself, but to listen to John Beline, I could listen to John Beline stories. We could have had him for another hour on there. That's how good he was. And what a gracious man for his time. And it's unbelievable. And I've said this so many times, Anthony, that when you have 12 years of John Beeline, you think it's never going to be better.

And then Dusty May wins a national championship in his second year and you get to do it all over again. And like Clayton said, John Beeline, A, deserved to have one in 2013 and really built the foundation to what this thing had become.

It's just been fantastic.

So here's to many more years at Dusty May and someday getting that court named for John and Kathleen B-Line.

That is one of my goals in life.
