I bet you thought we would take the week off, right? But Al missed me so much that he says, Sam, I can't go a whole week without you. And I said, all right, Al, I hang out with you for an hour. How are you doing, Al, Borgias?

Sam, I was having withdrawals, but they weren't Sam Webb withdrawals, okay? I need a football fix.

We can't go a week without some ball, right? I mean, goodness gracious, it runs through our veins.

It's in our brains. We've got to have it, you know. And plus, we've got to keep

these guys caught up on their water cooler onslaught weekly. So, yeah, I know on that part I miss,

but I haven't thought much about you. Well, listen, I thought about you, Al, Borges.

Yeah, I appreciate that. This week has been very, very trying from a coverage perspective as we continue to see the news,

if you want to call it news, kind of deal with the, I call it sign gate.

It seems like it's something new every single week that you're focused on, right?

And, you know, as you dig deeper into the story, you realize, every single week that you're focused on, right?

And, you know, as you dig deeper into the story, you realize that there are a lot of allegations and the, you know, the substance or the proof behind them is flimsy.

So that doesn't mean that an investigation is not warranted.

It certainly is.

But I think some balance,

some balance is required when it comes to, all right, is there an alternative, you know,

explanation? Is there reason to believe that you could have had a rogue, a guy who went off on his own and kind of did his own thing,

because I got to tell you, first of there's a picture floating around.

I don't think you've seen it out.

Full disclosure, I had heard rumors about Conor Stalions being on the sideline for the Central Michigan game for Michigan State, which to me, I heard it.

And I was like, man, with everything that's out there, that doesn't even make sense.
