Hello, everyone. Happy New Year. Welcome to the final post-game show of the 2025 season. Michigan, of course, loses to the Texas Longhorns, 4127, down in Orlando at the Cheese-It Citrus Bowl.

Anthony Broom here with former Michigan defensive lineman Ryan Van Buren to break down what is, and I'll even raise a glass to this,

officially the last game of the Sheron Moore slash Biff-Pogee era.

Michigan falls to 9 and 4 on the season.

Kyle Whittingham took over over the weekend and now he is officially in the driver's seat,

retaining this roster,

filling out his staff.

We'll talk about him a little bit later, but we'll keep the focus on the game up front here.

Ryan, welcome back.

This was a game that was kind of this entire season in one.

There was promise with being aggressive with the offense, cut and Bryce under would

loose a bit.

There were the turnover problems that reminded me of the Northwestern game.

There was the defense most of the day reminded me of the USC game.

This was the whole experience, kind of wrapped up in a nice little after Christmas package to really just

just leave this era of the program in 2025.

I had already kind of moved past today in terms of it being a definitive end of the

Sharon Moore, Bif Pogue, Jim Harbaugh Tree, if you want to call it that,

that era, and almost a spring game style of mentality for what we may have coming back for

Kyle Whittingham. What do we have in the depth chart currently? What are we working to retain?

What are the positions that need attention as the

transfer portal closes in on us here? So I didn't have very high expectations for this game.
