It's it's it's it's not becoming the new wave. It is the new wave. It is the new sexy. It is the

The way of the future if you are not focused on

Securing your your mind is securing your number one asset of securing your business because your mind is a business

Then you don't want to be wealthy. You don't want to get out of debt. You don't want to start a business

You don't want to become better period

And so about a few months ago right before I moved here to the DC area

I sat down with one of my good friends Michelle Williams

former Destiny child member a powerful speaker an amazing entrepreneur and author

And she came out with a book really talking about her journey in a whole mental health area

And I said you all want to sit down with you and then when we recorded the show I said you know

I want to save it from when it's mental health awareness month and so

we're releasing it today and

I'm very big on this because I've learned that the reason why people are spending a lot of money

They're they're living paycheck to paycheck. They're living above their means

It's because they really have not taken the time to secure

Their minds to secure how they think they're they're becoming depressed and let's just be real
