Michelle Tillis Lederman rose quickly in the corporate world in her early 20s, but her roles in M&A and finance left her feeling empty and unfulfilled. If you want retention and loyalty and engagement and productivity and happiness and high morale and all those things organizations want out of their team, you need to be a connected leader and create a connected culture.
