This book is my best attempt at offering people at least and

A look into my toolbox the practices and habits the people who keep me balanced

And hopefully it'll start a conversation

Because I think that that's a lot of what we're feeling we've been locked away from one another and

We're feeling disconnected and we need to get back together and

Uncover ourselves with each other and figure out how do we adapt in an inevitably uncertain world?
