We knew that likely, which direction it would go in. We didn't know that for sure, but because of the leak to Politico,

we knew probably what direction it was headed in.

But this was a discussion that we recorded earlier that week with Michael Pack.

Michael Pack is the president of Manifold Productions. He's also the writer-director and producer of numerous award-winning nationally broadcast documentaries.

Pack served as the CEO, you probably remember, of the US Agency for Global Media under President Donald Trump,

also as the President and CEO of the Claremont Institute, and as the Senior Vice President for Television Programming at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting,

that's among many other distinguished positions. Pack co-wrote a book based on a documentary that you, I hope, have seen by now, and if you haven't, you absolutely should.

It was called Created Equal Clarence Thomas in his own words. Now Pack co-wrote with Mike Paletta, who has written for the Federalist and articles that you should also check out, because they're very insightful into the workings of the Supreme Court.
