Okay, for sure. So like previously stated, my name is Michael Myers and I am a fitness trainer out in Los Angeles, California.

But more than being a fitness trainer, I consider

myself to be a coach. And my whole philosophy is mental toughness over everything. Mental

toughness over everything, that's the only thing that's going to get you through life. And that is what
