| 1:10.0 | Yeah, I didn't just inform this book, it led to this book. |
| 1:13.0 | The premise of The Fifth Risk was that stop thinking about the federal government, however you think about it, if you think about it. |
| 1:19.0 | And think about it as a manager of a portfolio of risks, many of them existential, that has been left to degrade. |
| 1:27.0 | And under the Trump administration was actually kind of bashed around the head a bunch. |
| 1:32.0 | And one of those risks is the risk of pandemic disease. |
