0:46.0	Thank you very much Mark. I'm really grateful for you having me on here. That's just really a pleasure.
0:51.0	Well, it's great to talk to you. Michael is a real triple threat when it comes to creativity.
0:57.0	You know, he can help teach you a lot of the principles of creativity. He's got a master and certification program.
1:05.0	He's also a thought leader, but he's also advising companies, especially in Silicon Valley.
1:10.0	But also he's involved in the TV and film industry in the States, also in South Africa.
1:16.0	He's really formed a foundation for film and TV people there.
1:20.0	And so we're going to get into all of that. But most of all, he's the senior vice president and strategy director of innovation minds.
1:28.0	And he's the master of creativity and innovation coaching for something called the inotivity institute.
1:35.0	And Michael, maybe that's a good place to start. Tell us about inotivity. I love the word.
1:40.0	Thank you. It's a word that I it's a word that I struggled with for a while because some people can't say it. You say it perfectly.
1:48.0	Well, I practiced for the last day and I have.
1:51.0	It shows. So it's a really simple actually inotivity is obviously creativity and innovation in one word.
1:59.0	And in developing my training, you know, one of the things that that was really clear to me is that the worlds of creativity and innovation are very separate in reality, not because they need to be, but just because it's how we see things.
2:18.0	And you know, anybody who knows anything about coaching, you know, or especially NLP will will know about the idea of a meta program and a meta program is basically a personality and trait in the way.
2:30.0	So for example, you will have a meta program that dictates whether you're a big chunker or a small chunker. In other words, you like to talk a lot about details or you like to say, like, how was your day at work? It was good. Right.
