You're having the moment that before we started,

Joanne was hunting for something in her emails.

And I, whenever I feel under pressure and I'm looking for something it's usually right

under my nose but in my hysteria I end up overlooking it happens to me all the time and I have to calm myself down.

I can't tell you the times that it was happening to me with my phone,

with a makeup brush, with an email, so many things.

Ms Jackie, today I have lost my phone three times.

Yeah.

Literally, it's almost like I have annesia. I put it down and then I can't find it.

I lost it two minutes before my two o'clock

meeting so I'm in the same thing I get frantic so I'm looking everywhere and

then it's right I mean what happened is without thinking I put it down in my closet as I was grabbing something else

walked out took everything else the laptop everything else I needed assumed that the phone

was with it and then it's like panic you know and I'm looking everywhere it's just same thing it's like it's and it's the little thing that I always say I haven't say this to my therapist I can do finally got therapy, finally, I finally decided to give in to get

the self care of a therapist. I said to her, I feel like I could handle a giant disaster and I would be fine. I would be the person being like I'm good, I'm calm, but it's the little shit that really gets me. It's the little can't find my phone, can't find this photo I need to send, it's

that stuff that drives me nuts.

Right, it's the feather, right, that floats down onto the whole pile of stuff and then

once the feather hits hits everything falls apart.
