And in January of 1997, an Oklahoma man was bludgeoned to death while being robbed by a meth addict.

The killer who used a baseball bat was named Justin Sneed. Oklahoma is seeking the death penalty.

But not for Sneed was the only other person in the room with the victim.

On death row is Richard Glossop, who police say told Sneed to bludgeon the victim, the confession was iffy, the investigation spotty, the evidence poultry.

But still, Oklahoma pressed on until now the attorney general of Oklahoma has relented.

Asking the Supreme Court, the U.S. Supreme Court for a stay of execution, the AG submitting that request.

but he certainly is a dastardly sort. He stabbed three people in Davis, California to died.

So Davis is the city and also the name of the UC campus that Dominguez attended until right before his spade of

stabbings. But what interested me was the name of the county where these deadly acts occurred.
