We talk often about what we do for work- it's one of the most common questions and points for conversation. But rarely do we talk about how we work, which matters as much if not more than what we do. 

When we're not approaching our work with thoughtful intentionality, when we aren't allowing others to speak into our approach, our calendars, and our commitments, we miss the opportunity to experience more joy, meaning, and impact.
