Erica. It's really great to be here as I mentioned before. I'm really excited to be on your

show. Oh, I love it. So please dive in. Tell us a little bit about yourself. I know you've had a very up and down journey. You've done a lot of different things starting out as an entrepreneur when you were a kid, you know, yoga, many, many verticals.

Well, I'm going to throw something out right now, then I'll talk a little bit about entrepreneurship. You know, there's this concept in the world about ADHD, right? Yeah, that you know, we can't get focused on one thing and all of that. So a long time ago I was able to

rephrase that to passionately diverse and then that gave me an opportunity to really focus on what I ever what I wanted to at one time but to celebrate that I had all these different interests, right?

I have three different businesses that I'm working on and so I stay really busy.

I love that and I'm going to say I did interview Peter Shankman a few well many episodes ago and that interview was one of the most

odd and interesting ones I've done because his ADHD is so present he He's, you know, all over the place, but it really weaves together in a really beautiful narrative and I myself was diagnosed as an adult. And I was like, oh, my whole life makes so much more sense because I always did like I was always involved in a whole bunch of different activities, you know, and I was interested in doing so many different things. And so I love that you opened with that because I think we need to acknowledge that people you know have different abilities or different ways that our brains think and in note the neurodiversity should be celebrated and utilized, right, instead of just looked at as a negative.

Well, yeah, I was never diagnosed with it. I suspect that I probably could be.

You know, I was fighting it for so long. I was fighting all these different interests that I have rather than the celebration of those different interests.
