uh for this gm search i think we've talked about internal candidates before on this show

possibly being you you know, Matt

Ricardy, who is one of the interim GMs, or possibly being Jason Kidd, who has wanted a front

office job at some point in his career. We've detailed that a lot. I'm sure that speculation's

not going to go away until they actually hire someone.

But yesterday or last night was the Mavs ball.

And to where, you know, it's a big charity fundraising event that the Mavericks put on every year.

And all the players are there.

People can buy tickets to go to it.

Just the whole Mavericks organization is basically there.

And they kind of walk in not on a red carpet, but a blue carpet.

And media people who want to go there can, you know,

take pictures, ask them some questions and stuff.

And the great Noah Weber, a friend of Nick and

myself, he's been on this pod multiple times, doing great work at the Smoking Cuban, a fan-sided.

He posted this on Twitter about talking to, it's Michael Finley answering a question if he is ready

to potentially take the jump to be the next GM of the Dallas Mavericks.
