1:50.4	Biden kicked off the virtual summit early this morning.
1:54.4	Democracy, government of the people, by the people, for the people.
1:58.4	Can a time be fragile, but it also is inherently resilient.
2:03.4	It's capable of self-correction and it's capable of self-improvement.
