You know, I think there's another Republican debate this week.

You know, I haven't watched a Republican debate in years.

I think the last one I've... Since 20, 60. I think the last one I was 2016.

Yeah, the last one I watched was in 2016.

I went to a mutual friend's house.

And I remember this story.

Yeah, well, listen, I'm not going gonna tell the whole story because it would involve like bad mouthing somebody and I don't want to do that.

We would never do that in this show.

Yeah, my overwhelming memory of it, like, you know, Trump, Chris, Christie,

Jeb, all those people, it just felt like a wrestling match, like it felt like there were bullhorns and

like cowbells and pile drivers. I know these things weren't actually there, but it just had that like general vibe and like the crowd was just like hooting and braying like freaks, you know, responding to every piece of red meat.

I mean, they genuinely were a lot of fun and I mean I have no love for like

Canada's debates, but I just remember being overwhelmed by like how the affect was different.

Well, I don't know, the Canada's debates are so kind of meek and like closer to being actual debates compared to the US ones.

And yeah, I mean the Republican ones are just like these carnival-esque

freak shows. Although having said that, you know, watching the two that have happened so far in this campaign

season, I mean it is a reminder like when Trump is not there it's a

reminder of just what a presidency is and how yeah like literally everything he
