My parents were medievalists and it has long been home to one of the big medieval studies conferences

So I've seen the vistas of Kalamazoo, Michigan many times

Wow, well I saw the, uh, the something or other dog show there

And I saw the Kalamazoo 10 movie theater, a pleasingly junky movie theater

Where I saw Spider-Man across the spiderverse

Now what when you see when to a dog show my soul knowledge of what a dog show is like comes from the movie best in show

Yeah, I've come from Christopher gas literally everyone I've said this to has said oh like best in show

Well, it's quite a bit like that movie. I mean it the one in the movie looks a little bit higher budget than I the one

I went to I mean so it's it's competitive. Yeah, it's competitive and the dogs are they competing based on like like it

Are they you know, they're like lifting weights? They're like racing. Yeah swimsuit competition

They all have to say what they would do with a million dollars that they had it and they all say give it a charity

Is it but is it like like are the dogs competing on aesthetics? Are they competing on like endurance and like well?

I mean it varies there are some aesthetic competitions. They're not they don't race at least not the ones that I saw
