This is something that I've thought about doing for a while, and I don't like the time

is right.

Today we're talking about chili.

There's a cold front, a foot.

This weekend's forecast looks pretty wild.

As I record this Thursday night and releasing it Friday, they've already canceled schools

here in Austin for Friday, where potentially Sunday night we will see the

coldest weather of my lifetime here.

And because of this, there was only one thing to do, and that was to make some chili.

So that's what I did yesterday as a matter of fact, and today we will talk about it.

I will tell you how I make my chili, and make some suggestions as to how you should

make your chili.
