Now, the compensation that the Cowboys got for this are two first round picks and Kenny Clark.

Now, Kenny Clark's a good defensive lineman.

They need, the Cowboys need defensive lineman help.

You know, and two first round picks, which will probably be late, right?

I imagine there'll be late first round picks. But to try, I look, Chris had thought they'd work this out. I think he said they'd work this out. He thought McLaren would work this out, that the commanders will work it out with McLaren, that sooner or later, the Cowboys will figure it out with Parsons. I thought they figured out by week two.

I just didn't think he was going to be there for week one.

But this, I did not see coming a trade before the first game.
