time there was something going on, a police report being filed, and also what we're going to do is go through a filing with family court that the mother of his two minor children filed after Micah's death, where she wanted JP to have some psychological testing and ask he not be around the kids until all of that is complete,

But just recently on the 23rd, JP filed a motion for a continuance in a civil case with a former
