We have the highest amount of homeless kids and foster care kids in our area.

Wow.

So our school is loaded with those type of kids over the years. I'm just popping up and I'm just like living through other people's eyes because I never experienced it. And I can't go back in time and experience it. So the reason why I got involved with you and while we're on this podcast as well, because I want people out there to understand that there's kids out there that are going through stuff. You never imagine what they're really going through. We can only guess. Well, we don't really, really know. Like, most people didn't know what I was going through, you know, all the even through just trying to participate in sports, not really having the money and then getting to the senior events and not having any money to do it. And people didn't know I was already living on my own by then. As I was having a situation at home that was becoming really, really toxic. And my dad pulled a gun on me, put a gun to my forehead, put the barrel right on my forehead, because he wanted money. He was going to buy more alcohol and more drugs, and I didn't want to give it to him. There are going to be people who are going to come at you in all different directions, all kinds of ways. And that's not just limited to people.

That's your family too.

And that's in any family, anybody who's doing better than everybody else.

People are going to go to them.
