After more positive tests came back for the Miami Marlins, a report came out that Washington Nationals players are refusing to travel to Miami this weekend for a three-game series (0:06). The Phillies-Yankees game for Tuesday has been postponed again. Yankees are heading back to New York. This is a MAJOR problem for MLB, but don't worry... Rob Manfred has it under control (4:27). The NFL set the opt-out deadline as August 3rd... well today a bunch of players decided to exercise that clause. Six Patriots alone have opted out on Tuesday. Let's discuss (11:35). 1:14.1	11 players test positive. They were retesting everyone awaiting results and
1:20.1	the hope was that there be no more positive results. They would get on a bus
1:24.6	and go to Baltimore and get ready to play Wednesday July 29th in Baltimore.
1:30.4	Well we woke up this morning on July 28th and found that four more Marlins have
1:36.3	tested positive. That is 15 players are now positive for COVID-19. That's 15
1:45.4	out of their entire pool of 60 players. That's a positivity rate of 25% or you
1:52.3	could go to 15 out of the traveling players of 33 and that's closer to 48%.
1:58.6	That is definitely an outbreak. So what do we know? What's happening? Well first
2:07.7	we got word that the Yankees Phillies game tonight is going to be postponed
2:11.1	again second day in a row after we heard that the Phillies had all tested negative
