And if you're not familiar, Hathley coached Richard Sherman during their mutual time together

in San Francisco.

So it was really cool to hear the head coach of the Miami Dolphins.

Talk with a player who's a Hall of Fame caliber player who he shared the field with

when he was a position coach nearly a decade ago.

There's some great insight about coaching and team building and philosophy and the value of competition in roster rooms and not just Jeff Halfley's words there, but Richard Sherman invoking what was going on in Seattle when Seattle was kind of at their peak the last time they won a Super Bowl, not this time they want a Super Bowl.

But it was really great to

hear Jeff Halfley chop it up with a former player. There's one thing, one thing that really

stood out to me in the conversation. And Sherman asked him about drafting 13 players and

expectations this year. But he also asked him, who was the biggest surprise?

Like, what player was surprising for you to find out that he was going to be there?
