we talked about caleb downs and you wax poet if you had a guy in our chat who said i wish my

wife talked to talk about me the way you still talked about caleb downs and he's there at pick

11 not only is he's

there so is Rupert and bain Miami trades down they take Caden Proctor what are your what was your

thought in the moment and what was your thought now we're about one week after or so of how

they have played out in Proctor overall yeah look, and look, it was, it was disappointing.

For me, personally, it was disappointing.

I was a huge Downs fan, as you know,

and people that watched our pre-draft shows,

Mike that you and I did, knew how high I was on Downs,

big fan, and kind of got the sense.

I kind of thought, and you and I had you know it only takes one or two outliers in the top 10 for people to start to fall good players to

start to fall having a little bit of styles and it felt like it was going to happen with downs

just because for whatever bizarre reason,

teams just don't seem to value the safety position the way that they should. But look around all the top defenses, especially the top defenses in terms of EPA per

play, they've all got a great safety.

You know, they've all got a Carl Hamilton, they've got a Jalen Petrie, they've got, you know,

all of these guys who are absolute Nicky Manwari, guys who are kind of, I don't know,

force multipliers on the back end do multiple roles.
