I think self-care is one of those phrases that a lot of women hear and they think they know what it means. And they also might discount themselves from the conversation, one, because they've heard about it so much. But two, they also think, who, who has time for that? How? I don't have time. How can I do it? I can't. But that's what we're going to level on both
