I entered the real world and at BlackRock, I actually noticed that the majority of the people at the firm who held the most power, meaning everyone look up to them, they had influence. They were writing these very well-crafted, well-formatted, well-thought-out emails that they'd send to the entire firm. And then I looked at some of the investors I looked up to, Warren Buffett, Howard Marks, Jeff Bezos,
