1:15.8	somewhat new park owners. They're going to share their story about the experience they had with
1:20.3	purchasing their first park in the hopes that you guys can find some value in education from their
1:25.6	journey with this first acquisition. Now, they do have a
1:29.0	little bit of a background as real estate investors. They are full-time employees, so they're still
1:33.3	out there working the daily grind, but they've been buying single-family homes and small multifamily
1:37.5	properties over the past couple of years. And this is their first foray into the mobile home
1:41.9	park space. And so really excited to share with you
1:44.7	their story and just really the whole journey from finding this first park and acquiring it.
1:50.7	And now they're actually in the, you know, what we would call the turnaround stage of it.
