Connecticut this is John F Braun that's right so we finished the last show

right before I left for the airport and I did wind up spending the night

in Chicago but it was believe it or not not at least according to the airline

due to weather they said it was due to some computer system that United had.

They were putting something online to deal with the new crew rest requirements. I think this is kind of how it was explained to me.

And the putting the system online that Friday, for whatever reason, caused a third of their fleet to be grounded for like three hours

So so that caused me to miss my connection but because it was the airline's fault and not the weather's fault

They put me up in a hotel room, so I got to hang out with

Matt Geek Eb listener Berry, and then I went back to the airport. He came and picked me up

actually at the airport, and then we went and had a couple of drinks and then I went to my hotel and then I went back to the airport in the morning and made it to Vegas for New Media Expo and for then CES right after that.

Yeah, yeah, so I ranted a bit about CES and we'll talk about some of the things I found there, but in a general sense, the plan that I went into

CES with this year worked flawlessly nearly well
