from everything you try to talk to but every packet that you send is getting out just fine.

That tells me it's your cable modem, actually, when we think about it that way, right?

Because you're sending packets out, and Skype is actually really good at telling us where the packet loss happens because otherwise it's kind of a hard thing to measure I suppose.

But if you run Skype and you get into a call, we're
