Hamilton. And life in general I would say, perhaps. But I'm back Dave, you're back from a well, well first, who am I?

John F. Braun here in Fearful, Connecticut, but Dave, as you said you're back, I believe

you were in the Reedy Creek Improvement District.

Indeed. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Otherwise known as Disney World.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. All right, so you know, we talked about the Rady Creek Improvement District before.

I'm going to give a brief story because it's interesting.

I think it's interesting anyway, why I why we always call it the ready Creek improvement

district because the Disney brothers really kind of pulled one over on the state of

Florida almost unintentionally.

I think there were good intentions, not unintentionally, there were good intentions at the outset.

Walt sold the state of Florida on this concept of an experimental prototype community of tomorrow, right, where people would live and it would be this whole like self-sustaining thing and he had this whole vision and you know he was

crazy visionary very passionate and he's convinced the state of Florida that yeah we

should let him do this and so they basically he had they had sort of secretly bought up all this land in the middle of the state.

And then they went to the state of Florida and said, this is what we want to do with it,
