On this beautiful Thursday afternoon where we get to

sit inside and look at the nice weather outside. It is nice. It's not hailing here though.

I almost had to send up the hails last night.

I'm going to hijack things a little bit here, I think.

Yeah, I know.

Um, we, uh, where am I going to go with this?

Okay, so I've had four hours of sleep.

I'll start with that.

And then I'll explain why.

And maybe that'll give me a little bit of a pass as to being a little slightly incoherent.

Not that that really is the reason.

But anyway, last night, it was about midnight, and I wasn't quite ready to go to sleep.

You know, so I said to Lisa, I said, you know, I think I'm going to bounce over to the office and I'm going to prep the podcast now, you know, instead of doing it in the morning, because I'm awake and, you know, my mind's kind of moving, so I'll do that.

So I get over here and throughout the day leading up to that, I've been having a lot of conversations about the firmware in my

router and firmware in other people's routers and stuff so it was on my mind and so I

thought you know it's midnight this is a good time to do a firmware update.

The last time I did a firmware update on my route, it was like July of last year.

And I tried to do it, you know, maybe once or twice a year to keep up to date.
