Hi, this is Debbie Boyle's coach at Mojo for Running with podcast number 46, trail running.

As we move into the hotter months, more runners will be doing more miles off road, and that

0:11.4

certainly includes me. If you haven't been running trails, this would be a great time to get

1:23.0

used to trail running and you discover all the different trails in your area, it'll make your running

1:28.7

more interesting because you'll look forward to running in all those different locations

1:32.7

to experience the different trail runs.

1:35.3

I know for me, from my house, there's one trail that's only 12 minutes away, that even though

1:40.5

it's in Florida, has lots of undulation.

1:43.1

It's wide and easy because there's no

1:46.0

there are no roots or things to have to worry about tripping over, but at the same time because
