Hi, this is Debbie Boyles, coach at Mojo for Running with podcast number 34. How to Find a Running Group.

Last time we talked about the value of running with the group, but how do you find a group?

Here's several ideas for you. Number one, on the internet, do a search for these groups of words.

One that you should try is running plus the name of your city.

Another to try is running group plus the name of your city. And a third one would be running club

plus the name of your city. Make sure you include the name of your city or else you'll get a lot
