Mike Farrington cut his teeth in construction, working his way through school, and after

a quick stint working a desk job, he went back to his love for building.

Now, Mike has built a successful

custom woodworking business over the last 15 years. And in the past two years, he's branched out to

YouTube. So today, Mike's going to talk with us about how he sets up systems in his business to

help his workflow, dealing with tire-kicking customers in his approach for getting deals on tools,

and of course what YouTube

has meant to his business. Yeah, Mike has easily become one of my personal favorite YouTubers

as he's a master of his craft and his brand. He completely owns it not only in his work,

but definitely on his channel, which just passed 100,000 subscribers. So big congrats there, Mike.
