Today we're jumping back into the metalworking side of making with today's guest.

Jason Radcliffe is a custom metal worker who's been building his business for almost 20 years,

but doing it on the side.

He's got a unique setup where he can actually still work a day job, but it complements his metalworking side hustle. Now, Jason talks to us about how he balances both his jobs while

still finding time to take a breath and enjoy time with his wife and pursue some personal interests.

Jason started his business 44 steel in 2005, and as Brad said, has been growing it on the side.

He was featured on a TV show called

Framework with our guest and friend, Jory Brigham. He now teaches a class with Jory a few times a year

out at Jory Shop in California, and I'm actually going to be attending and helping out there

in October, which is pretty awesome. Jason's been hustling for a long time, and though he may not

be the biggest social media

personality, he definitely is a monster behind the scenes.
