Now, as you start becoming a legit business, you start dealing with more and more clients and transactions.

And every transaction is a chance to delight your customers and just give them everything that they wanted.

Or it's a chance for miscommunication, false expectations,

undelivered promises, and two parties left playing, he said, she said. Now we all want to have the first scenario rather than the second, and having a contract for your transactions will help

you get there. So today we're going to talk about the important things to consider when locking

down a contract and

setting expectations with your clients. And by no means is this legal advice. Yes, this is for

sure not legal advice. We definitely advocate for seeking a professional there. But if you do want

some advice, for me specifically, that would be to attend this year's

spring make. Yeah, I said it. This year's spring make show is coming up quickly and will take
