Kevin O'Connor has been the host of This Old House and Ask This Old House since 2003,

and he has helped guide many aspiring DIYers and woodworkers, including myself,

through home repairs, construction, and remodeling projects with the help of his buddies,

Norm, Tommy, Richard, and Roger, the trade experts on the show. We talk with Kevin about the trades gap, staying relevant with your audience, and how he and the show are using social media and

YouTube to continue to get better. graduating from Boston University with an MBA in 1999,

Kevin's career path was much different before he became the host of this old house.
