Sounds like progress happening at the old garage there. The old garage. I've been waiting for this day for, I don't know, three years.

Yeah, dude, man, I went out there about 15 minutes ago and there were 11 cars and they were working like reindeer, like little minions. Man, it's awesome. From electrical to footings to storefront to concrete.

Tomorrow, man, we're, we're, we're, finally. Now it's just stressful trying to make sure that everything is done prior to closing it up so that we don't have to open it up at a later date.

So you, you know, all these issues, pains, problems.

Yeah, and then, you know, I mean, you're right, you're going to be, you're going to be chasing weather at this point. So if you can get enough done that the building is sealed closed, then at least some stuff inside can be done.

You know, all the finish work can be done inside over the winter if that's going to be, you know, if you, if that much time is needed.

Absolutely. Also, you know, I can't install the stairs in some of the things closed up because the stairs are quite beautiful. Yeah, steps. I don't want them weathered by any stretch of imagination.
