Andres is president of the consulting firm Rosenthal E. Associados, which advises multinational

on Sunday, June 2nd. Like in the United States, in November, Mexicans are participating in a general election.

They will elect a new president who will go on to serve a six-year term, all 500 members of the

Chamber of Deputies and all 128 members of the Senate of the Republic. And again, as in the United

States, most of the attention is focused on the

presidential race. Now, the Mexican Constitution limits incumbents to a single six-year term.

So incumbent President Andres Manuel Lopez Obedo, more commonly known as AMLO, won't be on the ballot.

But I suspect his presence is going to be hovering over

the entire campaign. As I look at it, Andres Amlo looks like he would win if he were able to run
