You should have. It's the biggest one in the history of Mexican democracy,

but it was also one of the deadliest. Dozens of candidates were murdered, dozens.

It was a brazen attempt to intimidate reformers, but as Kerry Khan from MPR told us today,

it didn't intimidate voters. We started with the size of this thing.

In terms of sheer numbers of races, it was quite astounding.

Today's midterm elections here in Mexico are the largest to ever take place in this country.
