What's up guys? Rick here with your DFS preview for this week's Mexico open back to a regular

individual stroke play event. No real quirks or things to discuss before we jump into this

outside of the fact that this is still a very new event on the PGA tour. So I'm going to show you

the course key stats, but remember

that the Mexico Open, this is, this is their national open. I mean, this has been played

forever. It goes back to the 30s or 40s, but it did not become a real official PGA tour event

until last year. So only one years worth of PGA tour data. It was on the PGA Tour Latino America schedule for a couple of years as well.

So like Austin Smotherman won this a couple of years ago.

But in its current version with this field, with this, you know, I was going to say

caliber of field, but we'll talk about that in just a second.

It's only been one year

2022. So keep that in mind when I show you everything. Let's jump into it. This is the course

key stats model on Rickrungood.com. Everything you see is going to be from my website. And again,

caution you only one year worth of data. You could you can basically throw this out the window.

I'll be pretty honest with you here.

Now, the, um, the eye test around this place is that it's on paper pretty long and going to

likely play even longer than the 7,400 yards that it's listed on the scorecard. And the reasons

for that is a couple of things. Usually when we go to Mexico and we go to

Chapultepec, we're at a super high altitude, not necessarily the case here at Vidanta, Viarta.

The other thing is it is past palm everywhere, right? T through green, you usually don't get as

much rollout in the fairways there. So I think this is going to play pretty long.
