So Evan Roberts is certainly feeling the Nolan McLean fever. Last night after his big time performance, he says on X, what if McLean is so dominant in less than 50 innings pitch that he wins rookie of the year and keeps his rookie status for next year? Could he win it in back-to-back season? So I already got him potentially winning back-to-back. I mean, I thought it was nuts when I was talking to Willie about him possibly being in their postseason rotation. I thought that was putting the cart before the horse. That's a bit much. Yes, it is. But he did say this after McLean. He is giddy. He is giddy. Turned in eight shot out innings last night on four hits, no walk, six strikeouts, 95 pitches.
