We join you on this Monday evening after a pretty busy weekend.

As we move solidly into the month of June, I spent the weekend in Saratoga, and I caught the worst of it because it was, they ran

from Wednesday through Sunday.

Wednesday and Thursday were beautiful days.

Friday was, and then Saturday was just torrential rain until about two o'clock in the

afternoon and it just killed what would have been a great card. They even had to run the turf stakes

yesterday, the Manhattan and the jiper. So it still was a very big crowd, you know, in a lively crowd, and, you know, it was packed

as you would expect Saratoga to be for the Belmont. And the horses got a chance to square off,

and we saw what I pretty much thought would happen. I mean, within one exception, and that was,

I thought sovereignty would win happened. I mean, within one exception, and that was I thought

sovereignty would win, but I thought Baiaia would be the main competition. And then journalism,

third, he came in journalism and then Sovereigns, and then Baiza behind Sovereignty, who has

shown himself now to be a very, very special horse.

They're all really good horses.

Those three, they stood out above.

Rodriguez finished fourth.

No surprises there.

So we were fortunate enough to give you all three winners for the Triple Crown,

but the last two weren't great betting propositions. All right.
