Four o'clock on a Monday two weeks away from Labor Day. Yes, I am excited. I love that time of year.

Fall football foliage. The big three f's fall football and foliage my

farewell to summer and yeah get the hell out of here summer.

You hate it I don't like summer. No. Too hot? It's too hot for me. Too

hot, too rainy. Like I think the problem was today was very hot for me and I'm going

to a meck game later tonight and so I wanted to be comfortable.

So I wore like the lightest t-shirt I could wear and the problem is every time I look at myself in the mirror all I see is manboops.

And so it kind of bothers me that here I am trying to be comfortable and all I see is like my God I need to go on a diet

I need to eat I thought I was going to start eating better once I started working with Tiki just go work out. Oh yeah, just go work out out!
