outside you look at what's happening with the Mets and Yankees over the last couple of days another

really frustrating night in New York baseball for different reasons as the Mets blow a game they should have never blown, which was a

real problem for them. Of course, down at Atlanta, because as I'm watching the highlights too,

this morning, I see the Atlanta broadcast say that this is the type of win that could really get

the Braves going. Great. Awesome. That's really what I wanted to hear.

And of course, you have the Yankees, which offensively have just completely disappeared.

You know, they say hitting contagious, and it's both ways. When you're hot, you're hot, when you're

not, you're not. Good morning, Bover. How are you? Yeah, good morning. Gee, I'm doing all right. You know, John Carl Stanton had two hits last night. Oh, yeah. He's back.

And it's amazing how the Yankees can't overcome a slump by Aaron Judge. I mean, like,

somebody else has got to be the spark plug. It can't always just be him. And it's a long season,

folks. I'm not going to get all crazed about any of it, especially with the way the Mets lost last night. I mean, that was just about as frustrating as it gets, especially when the, you know,

the Braves are not a great baseball team right now.

And the Mets kind of just handed them one on a platter.

But we got a long way to go.

A lot of baseball to be played.

And we all know around here, August and September are the months where you really have

to be playing your best baseball. And I would say both teams right now are stuck in a malaise that's the middle of June.
