It is a happy recap of a very strange ballgame.

But for the sixth inning on, the game was almost bizarre.

I mean, the bottom of the seventh inning for the Mets was something out of a science fiction movie.

I mean, it was just ridiculous with the umpire, with the telecommunications.

I mean, with the communications with the relieving not being able to find a plate.

I mean, it was just a nightmare to just live through.

I mean, no less anything else.

It was an odd game.
