Bill Clinton did not get it right when it came to phrasing an apology to Monica Lewinsky.

He in fact got read and defensive and accusatory on the today's show the other day.

And when you're up that early you really want to be just at most one of those things.

So yesterday he had a chance to walk it back and he did.

He went on the co-bear show and he also did a New York Times Times talk and he said this.

So I will say again, you know, I apologize to the people who were most hurt, my family.

United States. Clinton went on to talk about the young man who asked the question on the today's show.
