aging and death will become irrelevant. Take a moment and look at a color, say the blue of the sky.

Try to see beyond the blue.

Really try.

You will notice that it is futile to try to think your way there.

Mental activity is irrelevant, nor does it matter if you actually see beyond the blue.

By stopping your mind from interfering, if you actually see beyond the blue.

By stopping your mind from interfering, you escape clock time.

So the only place you can be is timeless.

Similarly, try to imagine a time when you did not exist.
