Well, hey there. Welcome back. Today we're going to be talking about metabolic adaptation.

I'm going to explain what that is, what it looks like, and how you can get out of that,

how you can improve your metabolism. I often hear women saying, my metabolism is broke,

or my metabolism just doesn't work anymore. And the truth is, your metabolism is a champion.

It is amazing what your metabolism does. You're just not treating it like a champion.

And that is the problem. And I hear it all the time from just clients and people in general

thinking the problem is the metabolism. And the metabolism is just not keeping up. But we're

honestly just not treating the metabolism correctly and effectively to have it run like a champion.
